Ever had a raw egg in your coffee with a shot of brandy? Sounds both gross yet risky!
This is a little pick me up mum would give us when we had a chesty cold or when she thought we needed ‘strength’. Whatever that meant.

* 3 sugars (per person – mum says you need extra sugars because of the egg)
* 1 egg (per person)
* a shot of brandy (remember only if you have a cold)
Waste no time with this recipe 🙂
Beat the egg in bowl till it becomes super fluffy
Boil the water and add the coffee to make black coffee
Add 3 sugars
Keep beating the egg and add the still very hot coffee while beating the egg
Add the brandy
Pour into a mug or cup and drink immediately. Mum says it’s key that you drink it super hot and immediately.
