Carrot சம்பல்

 

Combine and serve chilled with rice and curry (serves 4)

  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 medium sized red onion chopped finely
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger finely grated
  • slice green or red chillies (dependent on how hot you want your sambol)
  • 1 medium lime or lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup yoghurt (obvs skip for dairy free version)
  • 1 red tomato chopped
